Provide technical support to customers during the pre- and post-sales process Visit customers across Italy to understand their technical and application requirements Support customers in selecting suitable products and solutions Work closely with our existing Technical Department and contribute your expertise to customer projects Support the Back Office team with quotations and technical calculations Act as a link between customers, the technical team and our international headquarters Travel regularly within Italy to meet customers and support projects on site Technical diploma, degree or equivalent qualification Basic knowledge or experience in industrial automation Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, reliable approach Good command of English or German to communicate with our international headquarters Company LapTop Flexible Working Hours #
