Operate Talent is recruiting on behalf of a European AI company specialising in video intelligence technology. Its solutions are deployed across public and private sector environments, civilian and defence, in full compliance with legal and privacy frameworks.

Our client is now opening the Italian market and is looking for a Business Development Lead to drive its go-to-market locally, with direct support from leadership on key deals.

The ideal profile:

- A proven business development or sales track record in Italy, with an established network of public-sector and large private-sector decision-makers
- Native or fluent Italian and fluent English
- Solid understanding of Italian public procurement
- Experience with security, defence, public-sector or critical-infrastructure buyers is a strong advantage
