We are seeking a person to assist with strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects in Financial Services. The role is part of the HQ Business Development & Strategy team and supports the design, development and delivery of new products and services, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the definition and execution of strategic plans, with a focus on product and service development priorities
- Act as a key coordination point between headquarters, country organizations, internal functions and external partners
- Build, manage and strengthen relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, responsibilities and delivery timelines
- Contribute to the ideation, assessment and development of new products and services, translating business needs, market inputs and analytical insights into clear value propositions and robust business cases
- Track and monitor project milestones, risks and dependencies to support timely delivery
- Partner with local teams to pilot, refine and scale strategic and cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare executive materials, business analyses and presentations for senior management
- Support governance activities and ensure clear follow-up across stakeholders.
This position suits someone with a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, solid stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to turn ideas into concrete product and service initiatives in an international setting.
Required qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Innovation Management, Product Management or related fields
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Fluent Italian is a plus
Technical and Soft skills:
- PowerPoint (professional presentations, ThinkCell as a plus)
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, ThinkCell as a plus)
- Experience with data management, reporting and business intelligence tools is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive / CV industry, mobility services,
financial services products or product/service development processes is a plus
- Interest in or experience with Artificial Intelligence, including practical use cases to improve business analysis, productivity, product/service development or customer experience, is a plus
- Clear communication: explain complex concepts in a simple way using presentations and other tools
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a proactive attitude
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills to develop effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Problem-solving and product mindset: understand business needs, structure complex topics and translate them into practical product or service solutions
- Analytical mindset: prepare business cases, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and derive actionable insights to support business decisions
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience
3+ years of experience in business development, product/service development, strategy consulting, project management or a similar role involving cross-functional coordination and partner management.

Salary Information:
1. Applicable CBA: CCSL
2. Grade: 2° Gr. Professional
3. Salary range: Euro 38.000 – 47.000
4. Variable payment as per CCSL
