Role overviewas performance marketing manager paid social you will own hilo’s paid social strategy and performance across key markets, turning customer insights and campaign data into compelling concepts, testing them rigorously and collaborating with creative partners to bring the strongest ideas to market.core responsibilitieslead paid social strategy, planning and execution across the us, uk, germany and other growth markets.develop creative hypotheses based on customer research, market differences and performance data.brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages, formats and landing pages in partnership with creative and product teams.manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimisation across meta, tiktok and other relevant platforms.identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate from ad click through to purchase.measure performance against acquisition cost, revenue and roi, turning findings into clear decisions.work with clinical, regulatory and legal colleagues to ensure advertising claims and health messaging are accurate and approved.steer agencies and freelancers,
