illycaffè is an Italian company founded in Trieste in 1933 with the mission to offer the best coffee to the world. We are looking for an Export Manager - Central Europe - to join our International Markets Department.
The Export Manager reports directly to Regional Director and has end-to-end commercial responsibility of numerous countries in the region. The mission of this role is to deliver Net Sales and Profit growth in the assigned countries, by setting a sustainable long-term business vision, designing the clusters growth plan, while collaborating closely with distribution Partners and building long-term business relationships. Roles’ responsibilities include identifying market growth opportunities, evaluating the route to market and marketing strategies and closely monitoring the execution of the aligned Commercial and Marketing plans.
What Will You Do As An Export Manager
- Develop market understanding capabilities combining data with market specifics
- Deep dive, analyzing data to identify opportunities of growth and synthesize to develop commercial and marketing plans
- Negotiate contracts and multi-year plans with third-party Distributors
- Work with different functions to drive growth in your Area of Responsibility
- Identify portfolio optimization and enlargement opportunities and implements new launches in line with the strategic direction of the Corporate Team
- Manage the business planning and monthly sales forecasting process to ensure effective and timely shipments + accurate financial planning
- Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure top-level customer service is provided to our distributor Partners.
Your Requirements
- Economics / Marketing / Business Administration University Degree.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant marketing and sales experience, within well structured, international, consumer-centric Companies.
- Relevant experience in FMCG and experience in managing HORECA-driven brands is a must, coffee industry is a plus.
