We are looking for a GIS Specialist with a strong technical background in environmental data analysis, biodiversity, spatial modelling, and advanced statistics, capable of transforming complex environmental datasets into high-quality analytical and geographic insights.

The project
You will join a cutting-edge international project for a European Agency, centered on energy transition, sustainability, and green infrastructure. Working within an innovative technical environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-value geospatial solutions, optimize spatial data workflows,
and support strategic decision-making for critical energy infrastructure.

- GIS Core Tools: QGIS, ArcGIS Pro, GDAL, GRASS GIS (asset)
- Geospatial Databases: PostgreSQL / PostGIS, Oracle Spatial
- Programming & Automation: Python, R, JavaScript
- Web GIS & Standards: ArcGIS Online, Leaflet, Mapbox, HTML5, WebGL, REST APIs, GeoJSON/TopoJSON, SLD, OGC standards (WMS, WFS, WMTS), OSGeo technologies
- Earth Observation: Copernicus, Sentinel, Landsat
- Standards & Compliance: INSPIRE, ISO, OGC, ISO 19115 (metadata)
