Who we are looking for We are looking for a Transfer Agent - Daily Operations professional. You will process Italian retail investors' transactions in UCITS Funds, work closely as part of a team, manage multiple tasks and contribute to the development of the department. The role involves significant contact with ManCos (SGRs), local Distributors and other internal groups within State Street.
Why this role is important to us The team you will be joining is part of Transfer Agency Operations, a function that is vital to the company because it ensures the timely and accurate processing of investor transactions in accordance with Fund deadlines, offering documents and documented operating procedures, while supporting ManCos (SGRs) and Distributors. What you will be responsible for As a Transfer Agent - Daily Operations professional, you will: Provide strong support in responding to requests from ManCos (SGRs) and Distributors. Excellent attention to detail, supported by strong numerical and accuracy skills.
Ability and experience working to strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks. Good communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively within a team.
Education & Preferred Qualifications Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Work Requirement
Tempo pieno 8.30-17.00 Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, , working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
