Overview
In this role you will identify and mitigate product quality risks throughout the development cycle to safeguard customer satisfaction. You will partner with R&D; and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to prevent quality issues and ensure timely, actionable quality deliverables. You’ll translate customer needs and field feedback into robust quality goals and control plans, escalating critical risks when needed. This position offers the chance to influence product quality at scale and contribute to Schneider Electric’s IMPACT-driven culture.

Responsabilità
- Bridge customer requirements, field issues and design teams to understand and address field quality issues
- Provide quality goals and lessons learned to the project team
- Escalate issues potentially impacting Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure closure of open actions and mitigation plans to support production
- Ensure completion of quality tasks at each project stage gate review
- Collaborate with R&D; on DFMEA and follow-up actions to reach Target RPN and define CTQs
- Deploy quality deliverables (PFMEA, PQCP, PPEP, CQCP) across projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Proven problem solving and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of quality systems, risk analysis, and problem-solving methodologies
- Experience with quality engineering tools (process mapping, 8D, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPEP)
- Manufacturing operations experience
- Ability to lead and influence across multiple levels in a matrixed organization
