The opportunityAre you passionate about Real Estate operations and Data Management? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Business Analyst & Lease Management Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid position, you will play a key part in managing our Real Estate portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting lease administration processes. You will work closely with internal Real Estate teams and external partners to maintain and enhance our Real Estate data systems, particularly Archibus. Your contributions will help streamline operations, improve data integrity, and support strategic decision-making across the division.
How you’ll make an impact
- Ensuring portfolio data quality and accuracy in Archibus, while mastering its functionalities
- Collaborating with the Real Estate team to collect data
- Coordinating with and monitoring our external vendor responsible for lease abstraction
- Conducting training sessions for Archibus and the lease abstraction tool
- Reporting bugs and testing fixes
- Raising POs and verifying invoices
- Preparing presentation decks, analyses, and reports. Creating Teams and SharePoint sites
- Supporting the efficient collection, analysis, and reporting of data for sustainability activities and managing time effectively
- Collaborating with Real Estate and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Assisting in any tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the division
