Hard Rock Cafe Rome is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, manage P&L;, and coach hourly team members to uphold brand standards. You will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive retail and service excellence.
The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and people development skills, with fluency in English and a passion for music culture. This is a full-time, on-site position in Rome, Italy.
