Randstad Italy Aerospace Division is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer for a leader company of the Aeronautical field

Your mission:

Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. Own product qualification. Own supplier results, drive improvements using the supplier scorecards. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed.

Responsabilities:

- Includes both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development
- Act as primary interface between the supplier and teh company for any quality issues. Work in collaboration with Sourcing and Engineering, Manufacturing to eliminate roadblocks and barrier. Develop compliance solutions to complex problems.
- Approve supplier selection through robust qualification processes and part qualification.
- Ensure that suppliers comply with quality requirements, including technical regulation and standards by owning the surveillance and perform quality audits
- Proactive monitoring of the performance of suppliers to ensure that they remain in a state of control




- Leading the effort to drive improvement and for the development & assessment of quality metrics, KPIs and reports associated with suppliers

Skills:

- Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Materials, Aeronautics, Aerospace, Industrial)
- Ability to read technical drawing and specification
- Basic knowledge of Quality tools
- Base knowledge of measurement method and inspection technique
- Previous experience in the role of SQE or in generic Quality roles
- Fluency in English
- Availability to travel
- EU Work Permit.

What we offer: We offer a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and permanent hiring
