Stage in Operational Exellence Johnson & Johnson is currently searching for 1 intern to join our Operational Excellence Team located at Latina.

Activities The internship lasts 6 months and it will be supporting and trained on:

- Support the Value Stream Mapping execution for NPI products
- Support projects aimed at Lean / Six sigma standard tool application (Value stream map, 5S, Kaizen, standard work..)
- Support the execution of Lean Yellow belt project (Lean Yellow belt certification path will be a must to achieve)
- Support the enhancement of a drive Lean culture on the site supporting Lean standard J&J; fundamentals application
- Site KPI’s understanding and support
- Support Operational Excellence Base business standard processes
- Support the site continuous improvement identifying data driven opportunities in different areas

Requirements

- Degree in scientific fields, Engineering, Statistics and other similar STEM sciences.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level and above)
- Proficiency in Italian
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer and PowerPoint).

As this position is posted in a country that is subject to EU transparency requirements, the Talent Acquisition Team will provide pay range Required Skills Preferred Skills: The anticipated pay range and benefits for this position is: 6 months, 950 euro monthly
