In addition, this position is responsible for building and maintaining customer/channel relationships and providing pre- and post-sales consultation to increase PerkinElmer's market share, revenue, and profitability in line with strategic business objectives.
The annual base salary range for this position (full-time) starts at 54,000 EUR gross. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by objective and gender-neutral criteria such as individual qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, relevant experience, education or training, as well as internal equity.
ResponsibilitiesDeveloping market share for core services, securing existing customers and re-acquiring former customers.
Maintaining business reports and prospect lists in existing systemsPreparation of quotationsActive involvement in lead generationInterface with service leadership and cross-functional teams as needed to resolve customer issuesCollaborate with: Inside sales team.
ManagementServiceSales DepartmentContract departmentCustomer ServiceProduct lines Support centersBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in natural sciences or higherProven sales skillsGood knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office, SAP, SFDC/CPQ and Service Max a Plus)Native-level Italian and strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
