Stryker is seeking an Area Credit Manager in Italy to act as the senior in-country face for Credit & Collections, managing complex customer relationships and strong risk controls. The role involves decision-making on payment plans, order holds, and credit limits within delegated authority. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in credit and collections, fluent Italian, advanced English, and proven experience with high-stakes negotiations, all within the Medtech context.

Travel up to 50% is required.
