Role PurposeWe are looking for an experienced RTW Celebrities Product Developer to join our RTW Product Development team.
The successful candidate will oversee the development of exclusive garments for Celebrities, working closely with Design, the internal Atelier and external suppliers to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, quality standards and timely delivery.
The role requires strong technical expertise, flexibility and the ability to effectively manage urgent requests, last-minute changes and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in Milan and requires availability for national and international business travel, as needed.




Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end development of Celebrities garments, from design handover to final sample approval and delivery.
Coordinate with Design, Pattern Making, the internal Atelier, external suppliers and specialized artisans throughout the development process.
Oversee prototype development, fittings and garment adjustments, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with creative expectations.
Manage urgent requests, last-minute modifications and unexpected challenges, effectively prioritizing activities and identifying solutions while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment among all stakeholders involved in Celebrities projects.
