What you'll do
Support customers in Italian and English by phone, chat, and email on repair enquiries
Explain repair solutions clearly and handle complaints with empathy
Share customer feedback to improve products and service, and work closely with your team
What we're looking for
Fluent Italian and good English
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 08:00–22:00)
