About the Role: As a Customs Specialist, you will coordinate import and export customs activities across the EU, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the smooth movement of goods. Working closely with customs brokers, authorities, and internal stakeholders, you will help manage customs processes, documentation, and trade compliance requirements.
What You'll Do: Prepare and coordinate import and export customs declarations across the EU.
Ensure customs documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations.
Classify goods correctly and determine product origin in line with customs requirements.
Act as the key point of contact for customs brokers, logistics providers, and customs authorities.
Review invoices and supporting documentation to verify quantities, values, pricing, and customs-related information.
Coordinate customs clearance activities and resolve customs-related issues to ensure the smooth movement of goods.
Monitor changes in customs regulations, trade requirements, and legislative developments, assessing their impact on the business.
Ensure compliance with sanctions, embargoes, and trade restrictions, including monitoring restricted goods and countries.
Support the business in minimizing customs risks, avoiding delays, and maintaining compliant cross-border operations.
