Technical Consultant
As a Technical Consultant you will perform standard technical implementation and support activities by following defined procedures, methodologies, solution designs and work instructions.

Your role:
• Install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions in line with defined procedures and solution designs.
• Complete system builds, deployments, upgrades, activation, restoration and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot standard technical issues and escalate complex or non-standard problems to the appropriate experts.
• Configure, test and validate basic HL7 interfaces for Radiology Informatics solutions using predefined designs and mappings.
• Support integration testing and requirements documentation with Integration Specialists and customer IT teams.
• Follow configuration management, version-control and Philips Excellence Process Framework practices.
• Collaborate with project, service and customer teams, support knowledge transfer and share lessons learned.

You're the right fit if:




• You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Business or Engineering (or another relevant field).
• You have 2+ years of professional experience in an IT environment.
• You have good knowledge of Windows Server environments, particularly Windows Server 2019 and 2025.
• You have good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• You have knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, preferably JavaScript.
• You have a basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, ports, firewalls and troubleshooting.
• You have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• You have knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• You have professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• You are willing and able to travel across Europe for up to 25% of your working time.
• You have knowledge of HL7 and DICOM standards,
