As Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will own the digital experience that turns visitors into customers and first-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers. You will lead website optimization, lifecycle marketing, email communication, and brand positioning across multiple product lines. Working closely with leadership, product, design, engineering, and marketing teams, you will translate customer insights into compelling messaging and measurable business outcomes. You will have the autonomy to shape strategy, experiment with new ideas, and implement improvements from concept to execution. In a fast-paced, fully remote environment, your work will directly influence conversion rates, customer retention, and recurring revenue. This is an opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader who combines analytical thinking, persuasive copywriting, and a strong sense of ownership to drive meaningful growth.

Accountabilities

Website Strategy and Conversion Optimization: Own the structure, messaging, and conversion performance of the website and key product pages. Develop and execute A/B tests, collaborate with design and engineering teams, and implement improvements that increase conversion rates.

Lifecycle Marketing: Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, including onboarding, reorder triggers, retention campaigns, win-back initiatives, and repeat-purchase flows. Partner with the Head of Marketing to drive recurring revenue and customer lifetime value.

Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated positioning for each product line and customer segment. Maintain a consistent source of truth for messaging across the website, advertising, sales materials, and AI-powered sales tools.
