Michael Page - Manage multiple customer projects across the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to commercial launch.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, business objectives, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary customer-facing contact, providing regular project updates and facilitating decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including: Research & Development (R&D;)
- Quality Assurance
- Regulatory Affairs
- Operations
- Supply Chain
- Procurement - Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support product development, technology transfer, scale-up, industrialization, and launch activities.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Provenexperience inone or moreofthefollowingindustries:
- CDMO - Nutraceuticals - Food Supplements - Medical Devices - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - Life Sciences - Solid understanding of product development and commercialization processes.
- Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and quality systems.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical functions.
- Strong familiarity with project planning methodologies, risk management, and project tracking tools.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. In this role, you'll lead customer projects from development through commercial launch, acting as the key interface between clients and cross-functional teams.
