Job description

We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst - Welfare & Employee Services to join our Global Security & Facility Management team; fixed term position,



12 months contract.

Job purpose

In this role, you will transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across Security, Facilities, Welfare and the Company Solidarity Fund. You will contribute to budget planning and monitoring activities, support strategic and operational projects, and play a key role in the governance and administration of the Company Solidarity Fund.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine financial analysis, project management, welfare initiatives and stakeholder engagement within an international and highly collaborative environment.
