Responsibilities:
Design Process Runway Collections:
• Following all fittings, tracking the progess on the development of styles and design stories in
photographs and organisation into boards including the archiving of files and material.
• Assistance in image and garment research for the preparation of design stories and collection
build-up and their organisation for briefings and display boards.
• Assisting garment and accessory fittings including the preparation of inspiration materials, vintage and marquettes.
• Digital image building (mock-up, collage) for the initial development of new design stories.
• General assistance to the team and contributing to design meetings.
Fashion Show / Presentation:
• Assisting the casting activities for Show and Fitting Models. Including updating files and the
communication with Casting agencies and in-house bookers.
• Assistance in research and organisation of music and sound following show preparation and fittings.
Requirements:
• Degree / Qualification in Fashion design, Fashion Communication, Fashion Management or similar
• 1/2 years of working experience in a design environment, preferably supporting design team coordination, timeline management and research
• Familiarity with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
• 3D Moulage / draping
• Expert knowledge of the fashion landscape and history to build substantial research
• Fluent in English, Italian a plus.
