What You Will Do
End-to-End Support: Resolve a wide range of customer queries via chat, phone, and email, ensuring fast and effective first-contact resolution.
Fraud & Disputes: Handle complex cases with care, including fraud investigations, dispute resolutions, and chargebacks.
Customer Advocacy: Identify and assist vulnerable customers, tailoring your approach and escalating when necessary.
Team Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert, coach teammates, and help continuously improve processes.
What We Are Looking For Language Skills: Fluent/C2 level in Italian and strong proficiency in English .

Compensation & Financial Package Total Gross Cash Compensation: With Company Apartment: 1,059.34 € / month (includes base salary, meal allowance, and split holiday/Christmas bonuses).
Without Company Apartment: 1,391.83 € / month (includes a higher base salary to support independent housing).
Meal Allowance: 7 € per day (~154 €/month) loaded onto a dedicated debit card for restaurants and supermarkets.
Bonuses: Holiday and Christmas allowances are split and paid out monthly as a percentage on top of your base salary.
