We’re looking for an Account Manager (Grocery & Retail). based in Rome to join our team. In this role, you’ll help us guide the growth of our most strategic grocery partners,
acting as a consultant to ensure Deliveroo remains a major revenue channel for global brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Grocery & Retail team. We oversee relationships with high-volume strategic partners and global grocery brands, using data-driven insights to navigate the rapidly evolving quick-commerce landscape.
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like
• Strategic Partnership Management: Act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of major grocery and retail partners, building deep, long-term relationships.
• Growth Consulting: Use data manipulation and analysis to identify trends, increasing profitability and growth for both your partners and Deliveroo.
• Revenue Generation: Drive commercial value through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to develop and imple
