Role Description

Homeby is seeking an exceptional and proactive Founders Associate.

As a Founders Associate, you will play a pivotal role in daily operations, encompassing property management support, rental listing optimization, market research, and aiding the founding team in steering horizontal functions like planning and marketing. This hybrid role is based in Milan, offering flexibility for remote work arrangements.

Qualifications





• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language considered advantageous.
• Previous internship experience in fast-paced environments is highly valued.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multifaceted tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaboration within teams and client interactions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
