We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Coordinator to join the DHL eCommerce Cross Border Solutions team

Location: Milan, Italy

Employment Type: One-year temporary contract with the possibility of extension

Gross Total Compensation (Annual Base Salary + Profit Sharing): €32,000–€42,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, seniority, and relevant professional experience

Overall, Purpose of the Role

The Sales & Business Development Coordinator supports the commercial growth of the company through lead generation, marketing and communication activities, event management, and sales support initiatives.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers,



helping them optimize their logistics and eCommerce supply chain while delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth for DHL eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

• Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, digital channels, events, and networking activities.
• Support the management of sales leads and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Conduct initial prospect outreach and coordinate follow-up activities with the Sales team.
• Maintain and update prospect databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Sales Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales force across the entire national territory.
• Assist with customer presentations, commercial proposals, and sales documentation.
• Support sales performance tracking and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses
