About the opportunity
You will manage end‑to‑end tender and contract processes, supporting commercial teams across multiple regions withing the Italian market. The role combines tender coordination,
contract administration, and compliance activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and policy‑aligned submissions. Working in a highly international environment, you will act as a key point of contact between Sales, Legal, and internal stakeholders, contributing directly to business growth and operational excellence.
This role will be based on our Milano office, with hybrid setting (4 days in the office, 1 day at home).

Your tasks include
• Monitoring public and private calls for tenders across assigned regions, with a strong focus on Italy
• Informing and coordinating with Sales teams on new tender opportunities and following up throughout the process
• Reviewing tender terms and conditions to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating the timely submission of compliant and high-quality tender offers
• Managing the full lifecycle
