Job description
You will join our team in Latina, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Lifescience business line for 6 months internship. You will gain hands-on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.
Your Missions:
• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients
• Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
• Participate in the search and pre-selection of candidates
• Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process
• Assist in onboarding and integration of new team members

Your Profile
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Eligible for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools




• fluency in Italian and English
• driving license
• You demonstrate strong communication skills
• You are dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn
• You show a genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting
• You thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
