We are looking for a bright and motivated HR Specialist to support and join our Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of administrative tasks in the area of HR, including the maintenance of proper attendance and leaving employees records and assisting the payroll department in daily duties;
Support HR division in policy formulation and salary administration;
Working knowledge of labor cost analysis, budgeting, and personnel expense tracking;
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries;
Supporting the development and review of new and existing policies, procedures, guidelines an
