Overview
In this role you drive sales of ABB’s Home Solutions portfolio with emphasis on wiring accessories and door entry systems in Italy. You’ll align with the local sales strategy to achieve growth in orders, revenue, profitability, and market share, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, and designers to deliver ABB’s complete offering. This position sits within the Electrification - Smart Buildings, Home Solutions area, offering impact across cross-functional teams and markets.

Responsabilità
- Sell Home Solutions products and solutions focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with distributors, installers, and designers
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Prepare and execute sales plans aligned with territory strategy
- Monitor sales performance and propose recovery actions when needed
- Create added value through effective sales techniques and solution selling
- Communicate delivery times, pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions clearly
- Support and execute marketing initiatives to communicate portfolio value proposition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and light commercial segments
- Manage administrative sales procedures and assist with cash collection and project follow-ups
- Prepare technical and commercial offers with marketing and proposal teams
- Ensure offers meet technical/financial requirements including pricing and conditions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years of experience in residential electrical or home automation sector focusing on wiring accessories and/or door entry systems
- Solid experience with electrical distributors, installers, and channel partners
- Proven knowledge of electrical products and residential solutions via Home Solutions portfolio
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, and managing structured sales processes
- Passion for sales, customer engagement, and results, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Degree or technical background in electrical engineering or equivalent experience is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
