We are looking for a professional to join the HR & Organization Department as an HR PMO. Main Responsibilities * Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of HR projects * Collaborate with different corporate functions in the management of cross-functional initiatives * Prepare analyses, reports and presentations to support management * Monitor KPIs and project progress,



identifying potential areas for improvement * Support Compensation & Benefits activities and projects * Ensure compliance with project timelines and milestones * Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes * Manage the collection, analysis and synthesis of data required to support decision-making Requirements * University degree in Engineering or Economics * 3–5 years of experience in Project Management Office, Project Coordination or HR roles with strong exposure to projects * Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level), both written and spoken * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Experience in data analysis, reporting and KPI monitoring * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously What We Offer * Permanent employment contract and hybrid working opportunities * Continuous training on both hard and soft skills * Supplementary health insurance and meal vouchers * Gross annual salary between €50K and €55K Lottomatica is committed to equal opportunities and promotes diversity and inclusion, rejecting all forms
