This contract opportunity is ideal for a technically experienced professional who excels at coordinating complex engineering initiatives and improving delivery processes. You will support engineering leadership by overseeing work across central services, DevOps, and data teams in a real-money gaming environment. Your mission will be to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to engineering operations while ensuring priorities and releases remain aligned. You will combine software engineering expertise with program management, automation, and data-driven reporting to improve how teams collaborate. You will also lead a small team of contract engineers and help establish scalable workflows. By leveraging APIs, dashboards, and AI-powered tools, you will reduce manual coordination and increase visibility across the engineering landscape. Accountabilities * Manage intake and triage for central services,
