Chief Operating Officer (COO) BA Food EuropeThe Chief Operating Officer is a key member of the BA Food Europe Management Team and is responsible for leading the business area operations strategy and execution. The COO ensures operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, logistics, quality, engineering, sustainability, and continuous improvement activities. The role drives performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, productivity, and scalability while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The COO partners closely with the President of the Business Area, Business Controller,
business leaders, and the Global COO and teams to deliver sustainable growth and operational effectiveness worldwide. Reports to: President of the Business Area Food Europe, functionally to the global COO.Direct Reports: Senior leaders across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Lean/Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence.
