Your role is centered around 3 core pillars:People Leadership (team of 5): Manage, coach,
and grow a team of 5 Key Account Managers to reach ambitious regional growth targets and foster a supportive culture. You will lead by example in accordance with our values and set high standards for the team.Commercial & Field Execution: Go into the field to pitch, negotiate, and build close relationships with Top Partners.
