Position OverviewAs Senior Finance Manager for Italy region, you area key leader responsible for the full finance scope, combining financial controlling, statutory compliance, and advanced commercial finance partnering.Reporting to the Finance Director Commercial Europe, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Commercial organization and Leadership Team, driving profitable growth through robust financial planning, Gross-to-Net (GTN) management,
and performance insight.This role blends strategic influence and hands-on execution, with ownership of financial performance, compliance, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Finance Business PartneringAct as a core member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-makingPartner closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial StrategyProvide actionable financial insights to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI optimizationSupport and challenge commercial teams on pricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategyLead financial input into strategic and transformation projects2.
