and enabling Regions and Countries to deliver competitive and customer‑centric product and service solutions.Key responsibilitiesOffering innovation: support the design and global rollout of new offer, pricing and service models, in alignment with the commercial strategy and customer needs.Global pricing governance: contribute to defining and governing global pricing, discount and promo guidelines. Monitor pricing and margin performance across Regions to spot trends and opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.Insurance & Affinity: support the monitoring of the global Affinity program, the launch of new products and the relationship with external partners.Regional enablement: support Regions and Countries in adapting and implementing global offering guidelines, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Retail Excellence. Competitive intelligence & customer insights: design and coordinate global competition monitoring, including mystery shopping programs,
