A Day in the Life
The Service business partners with Medtronic Operating Units and healthcare customers to maximize the performance, reliability, and lifecycle value of medical technologies. Through service solutions, commercial programs, and customer engagement strategies, the team supports business growth while helping healthcare providers maintain access to critical technologies and services.

This role is responsible for leading the EMEA Service Marketing strategy, working across Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to develop service offerings, drive commercial growth,



and strengthen market positioning. The position combines strategic marketing, commercial planning, sales enablement, and customer engagement to support revenue growth across the region.

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth across the EMEA Service business. The successful candidate will leverage market insights, customer feedback, and commercial analysis to shape service offerings, support sales effectiveness, and identify opportunities to expand market share. The position works closely with regional and global stakeholders to align business priorities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
