focusing on one modality.· Conduct testing and calibration to ensure optimal performance.· Train healthcare staff on operation and basic troubleshooting.· Perform preventive maintenance and corrective operations of moderate complexity.· Capture and maintain accurate work documentation, including debriefing, parts ordering, and KPI metrics.· Apply and coach to ensure EHS and compliance standards are met.· Leverage customer knowledge to assist with contract and on-demand revenue growth.· Escalate complex problems to experienced peers.· Lead communications with customers and serve as escalation point for concerns, including installations.· Remote fixing and equipment diagnosticsTechnical Knowledge & Hard Skills· Experience in a similar role.· Proficient in one modality; developing knowledge in another.· EHS champion with strong compliance mindset.· Knowledge of Lean & Continuous Improvement principles. · Strong written and verbal communication skills.· English: Read, understand, and hold conversations.· Skilled in using E
