Merchandising Manager

For an international company, we are looking for a Merchandising Manager to develop and optimize merchandising strategies within a dynamic multi-brand retail environment, driving commercial performance and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to develop effective merchandising strategies.
- Manage buying activities and replenishment planning, ensuring product availability and optimal stock levels.
- Contribute to defining and optimizing the brand portfolio and product assortment across multiple categories.
- Optimize retail space allocation and category planning to maximize sales productivity and enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with Retail Operations and cross-functional teams to improve retail performance and the overall customer experience.

- Requirements

- 6–7 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying or Retail Management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Experience in a multi-brand retail environment,



managing different brands and product categories.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with solid experience in sales analysis, inventory management and replenishment planning.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is 70k-75k The final compensation offered to the candidate and the classification level may vary based on factors that emerge during the selection process, always in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate's skills, seniority, background, and the qualifications required for the position.
