Redline Group is working with a global leader in electronic component distribution and technology solutions to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to support the growth of a leading Test & Measurement business in Italy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical electronics engineering background, gained through a relevant degree or practical industry experience , who is looking to develop a career in technical sales. Some initial experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Italy.
Proactively generate leads and expand market share.
Manage and grow customer relationships and existing accounts.
Promote Test & Measurement products and technical solutions.
Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to maximise opportunities.




Maintain sales pipelines and report on commercial activity.
Requirements
Background in electronics or electrical engineering , through a university degree or relevant hands-on industry experience.
Some experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role.
Fluent Italian and good English language skills.
Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and an interest in technical sales.
Proactive, organised and motivated, with a desire to develop a long-term sales career.
