Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a skilled Manager, Consulting Analytics & CRO to lead projects for our high-profile clients. We offer a dynamic work environment where collaboration and innovative digital marketing solutions are at the forefront.
You’ll be at the intersection of implementation and analysis: ensuring data is properly collected, transformed, and made actionable across the company.
Skills and Experience
Proficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies in simple terms.
Ability to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents.
Clear and proper communication of technical activities to developers.
Daily use of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis.
Daily use of tools for user experience intelligence (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Clarity...)
Daily use of Consent Management Platform tools and direct management of common technical privacy issues.
Understanding and ability to explain basic concepts of inferential and Bayesian statistics.
Hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS.
A clear inclination for continuous learning.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
