In this role you will lead Molex's commercial strategy for Italy, driving revenue and profitability while growing a high-performing Sales Engineers team. You will partner with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to convert market insights into sustainable results across key industries. The position is field-based in Italy with travel across the country to engage customers and develop the business. You will help shape Molex's growth trajectory and customer value creation in Italy, collaborating across engineering, marketing, and operations to execute strategic plans. This is an opportunity to influence regional outcomes and operate within a global sales organization.
