Categoria: Industrial / Manufacturing Luogo di lavoro: Livorno The MDO Specialist will contribute to lead the start-up and industrialization of a brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films MDO Process Specialist Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films Work closely with production, QC and R&D; to industrialize new products Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency Act as a problem solver Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor Requisiti: Qualifications/RequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experienceDemonstrated experience in process troubleshooting,



scaling up and industrializationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structured root cause analysisStrong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machinesFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D; and productionWould be considered plus:proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industrySolid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)
