Sporthotel Romantic Plaza in Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo, Italy, seeks a Chef De Partie for a full-time on-site role. You will manage a specific kitchen station, prepare and plate dishes to a high standard, and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food safety.
You will work with the Head Chef and brigade, monitor stock levels, assist with menu development, maintain hygiene, and support service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner to deliver an exceptional culinary experience.
