coaching staff and ensuring that adequate training and development is providedDrive talent development through active supportDevelop and maintain ongoing communication with Service leader and peers to understand and manage resource availability/limitationsPartner actively with direct manager and other service delivery leaders to ensure that resources are deployed consistently with defined obligations with customersMonitor field service work and vacation planning, ensure that internal processes are followedReports competitors and trends central to the growth strategy for the service businessKPI Operations; drive the team to operational excellence.What we look forMinimum 6 years successful field service experience in HVAC systems: repairs, on-site maintenanceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineeringPrevious successful experience in a supervisory / team leader role with team building skillsProven interpersonal, team, strategic thinking
