Overview
As the Marketing & Communication Legal Counsel, you will serve as the primary legal partner to the Marketing & Communication Department globally, supporting fashion shows, campaigns and talent relations in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will draft and review contracts, provide strategic legal guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance across activities. You’ll help shape internal policies and maintain organized records.

Responsabilità
- Draft and review contracts for marketing/communication services, including collaborations, cobranding, fashion shows, ad campaigns, lookbooks and events; negotiate vendor and talents/celebrities/influencers agreements
- Provide ongoing legal support to the Marketing & Communication Department as a business partner
- Conduct legal research on doctrine and jurisprudence to advise on compliance and regulatory matters in marketing/communication
- Assist in reviewing/updating internal policies and maintaining archiving/files
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial contracts, ideally in fashion, luxury or media, in a law firm or in-house
- Experience in Marketing & Communication is a strong plus
- Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus
- Bar admission is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines; comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders
