As part of the Specialist Sales Support Office, you will act as an above-property extension of the on-property sales teams across a portfolio of seven Hilton hotels in Italy, supporting their commercial objectives and driving incremental business opportunities. Working in close partnership with hotel teams and Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS), you will proactively identify, support and convert inbound MICE opportunities, while driving business from selected key International markets on behalf of the hotels and contributing to the achievement of agreed sales targets.Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent interpersonal,
