Redline Group is working with a global leader in electronic component distribution and technology solutions to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to support the growth of a leading Test & Measurement business in Italy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical electronics engineering background, gained through a relevant degree or practical industry experience, who is looking to develop a career in technical sales. Some initial experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Italy.
- Proactively generate leads and expand market share.
- Manage and grow customer relationships and existing accounts.
- Promote Test & Measurement products and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to maximise opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipelines and report on commercial activity.
Requirements
-
- Background in electronics or electrical engineering, through a university degree or relevant hands-on industry experience.
- Some experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role.
- Fluent Italian and good English language skills.
- Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and an interest in technical sales.
- Proactive, organised and motivated, with a desire to develop a long-term sales career.
