The position is based in Milan, Italy within the Strategy and M&A; team.

Key Responsibilities Develop and own dedicated group-level price monitoring and reporting.
Analyze pricing strategies, revenue streams, and customer profitability to provide data-driven recommendations.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform commercial decisions.
Develop pricing models to assess business opportunities and risks.
Support commercial and finance teams with forecasting and budgeting.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, BI tools, and ERP/CRM systems.
What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration,
Statistics or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus and may substitute for part of the required work experience.
Experience: 1–3 years in a pricing, financial, or reporting/FP&A; role (e.G., Pricing Analyst, FP&A; Analyst, Business Analyst).
Technical Skills: Strong Excel modeling, experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL), and ERP/CRM systems.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to present findings clearly to leadership teams.
Business Acumen: Understanding of pricing strategies, budgeting cycles, and performance tracking against commercial targets. xkiyazw
