Maintenance Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

You will be mainly accountable for:

* Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.
* Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
* Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
* Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.
Qualifications for the role

* You have a strong technical background, with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.
* You have experience in Maintenance Engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
* You have experience in technical documentation
